Segment D2 - Wisdom - Governance people centric



  • D2

  • Gaining Wisdom by putting the essence of segment I in practice and seeing the effects, results for one to share, discuss and grow is what all about this segment. This DOMAIN will be built on our culture.

Syllabus - bird's eye view for D-2


  • Detailed study of Indian Constitution, it's strength and weakness will be debated and necessary amendments as suggested by student leaders will be put on to the portal.

  • Present form of Governance from president to panchayat raj will be discussed and recommendations will be presented in the portal.

  • The Democratic form of government as practiced here will be compared with the presidential form and other ways of practices in a few other countries will be the focus of study.

  • The present day maladies like corruption, black money, judicial non deliverance, the poor state of panchayathi raj, naxalite-maoist-terrorism issues, relationship, trade and tourism with neighbourhood countries, and scores of other matters will form the subject of discussions.

  • A critical look at enhancing every state's performance in tune with the objectives and goals set and duly linking it with the financial sanctions from NITI AYOG and other similar performance driven measures discussed.

  • Every group will record their observations in the portal adding to the collective knowledge and wisdom for others to benefit from.

  • The syllabus, methodologies and training of IAS Academy, Military Academy and that of best management schools will be looked into for vital inputs.

  • Similarly about a dozen of political and governance institutes world wide will be studied and collaborated with in bringing the best practices and the universal appeal to it.

  • This will also talk about the various verticals for a nation's growth and analyze to place much forward.

  • In addition this will also impart various tools with which the information/ knowledge can be analyzed to make right conclusions and decisions.

  • This will also teach on using the Net, Phone and the other modern devices / gadgets, to make life at ease for one self and the country without abusing.

  • The internship / experiential learning in villages, towns, best of NGOs border districts, neighboring states, govt. organizations, Corporate houses, National & International bodies, working as reporters in magazines, as a freelance journalist, as a tourist in search of Indian culture / truth and sharing the experiences with each other and the world - will be part of this segment.

Segment D3 - Reengineering - Skills & Strategies



  • D3

  • Emerges from the ground realities to draw & drive strategies (with insight / hindsight) for re-engineering the future by extrapolating from the past learnings & events. This DOMAIN will be built on our conviction.

  • How they are expected to change the people and their life style.

  • Health / Sports & Games / National Service by all youth as part of academic and one year of National Service by all the retired as dedication to the country

Segment D0 - Evolution - Self

  • An interlude segment where every candidate evaluates self for leadership qualities and to realise one's weakness and strength to overcome or enhance on an on-going basis.

  • Where every candidate will be made to self-evaluate oneself on Leadership Qualities and to realize uniqueness and strengths and how to overcome or enhance them.

  • Will be taught on how to face elections and win successfully.

  • How to develop Charisma and Power of Speech & Communication.

  • How to dress and interact in world bodies and amidst Heads of States, Diplomacy and Manners.

  • How to project India's ethics at every such opportunity.

  • They will be drawing a road map for themselves for the next 25 years, in which a minimum of 10 years set aside for Nation.

EACH STUDENT LEADER WILL BE ENCOURAGED TO REFLECT UPON MATTERS THAT HE/SHE CONSIDERS CLOSE TO THE HEART. WRITING OF ARTICLES TO MAGAZINES/NEWS PAPERS, AND WRITING OF BOOKS INDIVIDUALLY OR COLLECTIVELY WILL BE PART OF THE LEARNING. IN THE EVALUATION OF THE LEADER THEY WILL FORM AN IMPORTANT ROLE.
